During his stint at AlphaNet Telecom, Barry designed the business plan and strategy for a telecommunications provider that operated the world's largest international "carrier class" IP telephony system at that time. And, during his tenure at Teleglobe, he hired a U.S. sales and support staff of 25 individuals and built out revenue from under $10M to $125M.

Before joining Teleglobe, Barry directed sales, marketing, and customer retention activities for Cable and Wireless, from 1987 through 1995.
